Top of the morning to you! When I think of the 4th of July, I think of family, fireworks, the lake and much s’more – like a cookout! And with every good cookout comes a yummy 4th of July salad, ammiright?

But, because it has many of my favorite things; watermelon, blueberries and my go-to Sartori cheese.
